Lucy

Lucy arrived in the village in 2023, terrified of everything. A volunteer took her in and had her neutered; when she was released, although still very timid, she was more confident.

 

However, we think Lucy has been badly treated since then as she has become nervous and scared of humans again. 

​

This means she is at risk living on the streets - if local people don't understand she is frightened, they might think she is aggressive.

 

We have taken Lucy to our dog park for protection, love and care and we're hoping we can rebuild her confidence and trust in people.

 

She is such a gentle dog and our volunteers have already fallen in love with her.​
